Adhesive mixer WITHOUT SOLVENT
The I-AMX it´s a 2-component SOLVENT-FREE adhesive mixing equipment with flow meters that ensures high mixing accuracy. Available in 2 versions, without own tanks and with tanks of 30 litres for tail and catalyst. Versions with deposits include a heating system for both components. The hose that reaches the laminator cylinders is in all heated versions and ends in a mixing head with a plastic cannula that improves the mixing of both products. The deposits feature level sensors and automatic filling control. In the catalyst tank is installed a silica gel filter to keep free of sink this component.
Adhesive mixer WITH SOLVENT
The I-AMX MC-V is a two-component solvent adhesive mixing equipment. It incorporates a small mixing tank that is filled automatically with small quantities which gives two significant advantages. The first is the small amount of product mixed with leftovers of less than 5 kg at the end of the work. The second is that the time that elapses between the mixing of the components and their application is short and very similar throughout the rolling work. For the correct addition of the solvent has an automatic viscosity control. Cleaning the entire system is automated and the mixing tank can be separated from the unit.
