Lightwheight and solid
The new I-DBC doctor blade chambers are the result of a careful process of analysis, design and improvement of traditional chambers made by professionals in the graphic industry at Inelme. To do this, we analysed their most common problems and study their re-design in detail.
The result is an ultra-light anodized aluminum camera, which uses its own network of internal nerves to provide a high resistance to bending minimizing vibrations, in addition to taking advantage of the resistance to corrosion due to anodizing.
Its careful design allows the assembly in machine without need of any tool with a simple movement.
Quick Change of Doctor Blade
With our I-DBC chambers you can change and adjust the doctor blade with a simple hand movement.
The folding heads are opened and closed thanks to tabs located on the edges of the chambers that facilitate the removal and replacement of the doctor blades.

Work position
The chamber moves and adjusts pneumatically through a piston until it reaches the correct position angle.
Assembly and disassembly of the chamber
The chamber is easily assembled and disassembled with a 90º turn on itself. No tool is necessary to assemble or disassemble or change the doctor blade.
